If you will be renewing your lease, an addendum to your original lease will need to be drawn up and signed, stating the extension of time being added.
If all tenants will remain the same, we will simply sign an Extension.
If any tenants will be changing, we will draw up new documents.
All lease documents must be signed and deposits must be paid before the property is officially yours.
