OUR POLICIES
DEPOSIT: Our security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. So if a property is $650 per month, then deposit would be $650. This deposit is refundable, pending an inspection when you move out. If everything is in good shape, you will get your deposit back. If we find damages, we will deduct the cost of repairs from your deposit.
PET POLICY: As a general rule, we do not allow pets. However, we have made exceptions depending on the age and breed of the dog or cat, as well as which property you are interested in renting. If your pet is accepted, we do require an additional monthly charge of $30 to cover any potential damages per pet.
UTILITIES: We are happy to help provide companies that provide service in the area of the property, but it is the Tenants responsibility to contact service provider and make necessary arrangements to get service placed in their name.
LEASE TERMS: We begin lease terms at ONE YEAR. If all is well after a year, we can discuss more flexible terms going forward, but all initial leases are for one year.
