NON-EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:
- Heat and air issues (uncomfortable, but not emergency)
- Clogged toilet (stop flushing, call us in the AM)
- Kitchen appliance that is not working
- Doors, windows, etc that have been damaged (unless it poses a security risk, this is minor)
- A small/light drip under the sink (put a bowl, call us in the AM)
