WE REQUIRE that you complete a pre-screener to be contacted and move forward in the process. To complete the pre-screener, click on the property that you are interested in and complete the part that says “Contact the Landlord”. That will automatically email you the pre-screener form.
OUR PROCESS:
- Complete the pre-screener (see above).
- If you meet our initial criteria, we will email you a FREE application through AdobeSign.
- If you still meet our criteria from the free application, we will contact you to schedule a viewing. WE DO NOT SCHEDULE VIEWINGS UNTIL STEPS 1-3 HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
- If you are still interested upon viewing the property, we will move to the PAID application and screening through TurboTenant. The screening looks for: credit history (including collections, payment history, and any derogatory items), criminal history and public records, and eviction history, We typically also verify employment and rental history.
Our process is comprehensive and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on how quickly we are able to coordinate and communicate.
