OUR POLICIES
DEPOSIT: Our security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. So if a property is $650 per month, then deposit would be $650. This deposit is refundable, pending an inspection when you move out. If everything is in good shape, you will get your deposit back. If we find damages, we will deduct the cost of repairs from your deposit.
PET POLICY: As a general rule, we do not allow pets. However, we have made exceptions depending on the age and breed of the dog or cat, as well as which property you are interested in renting. If your pet is accepted, we do require an additional security/damage deposit to cover any potential damages. The deposit starts at $100 per pet, but may be more depending on the age and breed of the animal (and hence, anticipated damages and cleaning). We also charge a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.
LEASE TERMS: We begin lease terms at ONE YEAR. If all is well after a year, we can discuss more flexible terms going forward, but all initial leases are for one year.
